Here is how to get started: Download ScanBeat from the App Store, connect your Apple Watch, select the Beginner pattern, and start your first session. The app will guide you through the setup step by step.
After a few sessions with 5-second intervals, you will notice the rhythm becomes natural. That is when it is time to move on to Intermediate with 3-second intervals.
Remember: Consistency is key. Short, daily sessions yield better results than long, infrequent training sessions.
